We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for any user found in violation of these guidelines, without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the messages you send in Malayalam Chats. By sending a message, you grant Malayalam Chats a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that message to other users in the chat room for the duration of the active session.

Because chat rooms are public and visible to all participants, you should not share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information. Malayalam Chats is not responsible for how other users use information shared in public chat rooms.

Malayalam Chats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by other users. Any reliance you place on information shared in the chat rooms is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Malayalam Chats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or harm resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, since the Service is free, is zero).

The Malayalam Chats name, logo, interface design, and all original content we create are the intellectual property of Malayalam Chats and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites shared by other users in the chat. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting any third-party link is entirely at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
